Dan Soucoup
A native of Moncton, Dan Soucoup now lives in Halifax.  He studied
at University of New Brunswick and Ottawa University and for the
past twenty-five years has worked in book selling and publishing.

He is the author of numerous books including: Maritime Firsts
(1996), Historic New Brunswick (1997), Edwardian Halifax (1998),
Glimpses of Old Moncton (1999), The Maritime Book of Days (1999), Looking Back from the Pages
of the Times and Transcript (2002) and McCuly's New Brunswick (2005).  Soucoup writes a popular
local history column, "Looking Back", for the Moncton Times and Transcript.
