Wayne MacKinnon
Wayne MacKinnon was born on a farm in Brooklyn, Prince Edward Island.  
He was educated in local schools, and at Prince of Wales College, and holds a
B.A. in history from S.D.U., a B.Ed. from the University of Prince Edward
Island and a M.A. in political science from Dalhousie.

Wayne is presently a provincial government communications officer and a
sessional lecturer in political studies at the University of Prince Edward
Island.  He is a former assistant to Premier Alex Campbell.  

Among his publications is
The Life of the Party, a history of the Liberal Party
of Prince Edward Island, published in 1973.
He is also author of: The Politics of Planning: A Case Study of the Prince Edward Island Development
